The Brief
This is the brief outline and layout of the BA3 Project giving me a week by week goals to work on.
First attempt at Textures and changes/ improvment
I started to make my UV's and textures for my level i have created so far. This is my first try at adding UV textures to objects. I did this using Maya's UV textures and getting online images to work for my textures.
Ok this is a very poor attempt at textureing there are some problems with the model and the UV's need further editing. I will also need to learn to use Normal mapping, specular mapping, and height map to help create a further level of detail.
The aspects i need to work on

- Sewing together UV's
- Learn Bumpmapping and mudbox editing
- Clearner and more detailed textures
- Sizeing textures to fit model properly
- removing the UV base on the textures.

Directed Study
Over the last few weeks we have been working on a small 3d layout of a small village to get ready for our BA3 project. We worked alongside our tutor to create a base layout for a level. First we looked at a number of images to draw inspiration from.
Slowly i started creating this small scene as a 3d file in Maya. These are some renders of the assets without any textures as of yet.
