Day 2 Of UDK Looking back at mistakes

Today has been alot more productive in UDK, i have now successfully imported all my assets with alot of time and patience. I then proceed to organizing my level as i had when i first started. (mistake should of made all assets separately) Alot of the assets look really good and i am really happy with them. This dose not mean there are not faults. This Post is all about mistakes i have made, and things i need to work on in the future

I am showing these not to make myself feel bad but to assure myself where i am going wrong and to make sure i dont make the same mistake again in a future date. I doubt i will have enough time to fix all of these problems but i will fix some of them. (Ground)

Out of place window (import windows seperatly then duplicate in udk)

Texture faceing wrong way (texture editing)

More Broken Windows

Broken Model. (the manor was my first model ever in Maya and has alot of errors because of it
for that reason this should not happen again in future)

Broken Texture (re Texture)

WHITE LINES! (recurring problem fixed by remembering to delete the UV layer when texturing is finished)

Looks out of place need to adjust slightly also problem with fence to gate compatibility (making a simpler fence in future)

White LINES! (Deleting UV page)

This is just because i dont like the floor as it is and is the first thing i am going to change tmr
